The management here is absolutely terrible. They are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. It seems their job is to give you a hard time and make your life miserable rather than help you. They ignore you and put you on hold without any explanation. When you call back, they see the caller ID and deliberately do not answer. I have asked to speak with a manager multiple times, and they either ignore me or say she is not available. This management team needs to go. I don’t understand how these people are even employed there. The staff is horrible and should be replaced. They are extremely unprofessional and seem focused on making things difficult rather than providing help. They clearly don’t care. You're paying monthly maintenance for somebody to give you a hard time; that's where your money goes

management is never on the same page, they are very quick to charge late fees even though you pay on time but they excuse it with the β€œsorry about that”. has happened twice now. staff at the clubhouse are also extremely rude there’s one young lady there who always gives incorrect information and constantly has an attitude with homeowners, many of my neighbors feel the same way about her. please do better.

Management cannot effectively communicate what is needed to easily complete administrative tasks for new residents. I have had to take two separate trips per key card and per transponder. I called ahead asking what was needed each time and I got sent home with more paperwork each time to fill out that could've been easily communicated ahead when I called. The front desk person with the same voice as on the call ahead lied saying they weren't on the call who told me incomplete information. Considering the only two on staff that were women were the manager or the front desk woman (5 minutes after I called and came to the clubhouse), its either one is not-trained or the manager is not paying attention to residents questions on the phone. Having first worked in property management myself for years I know this is just poor management let alone that you can only pay in check or money order in 2023 is beyond archaic. Community is great otherwise but extremely frustrating and not helpful experience with the "management team".

Big pool, small gym, good staff. If you buy a house without a pool, consider the clubhouse your second home.

They finally reopened the pool and it's looking good! Security there the entire making sure randoms don't get in, limited number of families at a time, and everything is clean πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸΌ
